MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of Advanced Ministry Training is to provide hands on mentoring for dedicated and qualified young preachers through selected, separated, and aggressively evangelistic Independent Baptist Church models, led by scripturally principled and passionate pastors, who will excite, equip and encourage the students in serving, soldiering, soul-winning and shepherding
for the glory of God. II Timothy.2:2

I am sold on the vision that Dr. Farrell has for mentoring men into the ministry, whether it is evangelism, missions, or pastoral work.
I believe Advanced Ministry Training is what has been needed for some time to help men blend from their undergraduate education into future ministry or seminary training. Young men need godly models from men who have been in the trenches and can be a pattern of preaching, discipling, and coping with difficult situations while serving God.
